1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SimpList ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SimpList is a collaborative list-making application that allows users to create, manage, and share lists with others in real time.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (lists, items, notes). By using shared lists, you grant other list members the ability to view and modify shared content.
You agree not to use the App to store, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
5. Collaboration
When you share a list using an invite code, anyone with that code can join the list. You are responsible for sharing invite codes only with people you trust. All members of a shared list can add, edit, and remove items.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
SimpList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or website.
